GLE Project Controls team both develops and manages project schedules using Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera P6 Professional. Manpower loaded, preliminary, or highly detailed, our team will work to keep your project ahead of the critical path.
Projects where a cash flow plan is created can print the S-curves with all actual values automatically plotted against time. Clients can be aware of when they can expect to be making payments throughout the project, while tracking the project’s progression.
